What types of products do you offer?

We offer a variety of baked goods, including cookies, pies, Chapman,  pastries, and small chops with special options like our popular beef suya pies and chicken Suya pies 

Do you offer dine in services

Unfortunately we only offer pickup and delivery services at this time.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website www.bitesbox.ca. We also accept orders through our delivery merchants (DoorDash and Ubereats)

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Yes, we offer local delivery within Canada Delivery fees and shipping rates apply based on your location.

What is the lead time for orders?

For pickup orders, we require orders to be placed at least a week in advance. If you will like to get your order on the day of, please order through our delivery merchants 

Can I customize my order?

No. Currently we do not accept customizations for orders.

Do you cater for events and parties?

Yes, we provide catering services for various events, including birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more. Contact us to discuss your needs and receive a quote.

What are your opening hours on Ubereats and DoorDash

Our store is open from 1pm – 9pm every Tuesday – Saturday. You can also preorder online 24/7.

What is your return/refund policy?

PICKUP ORDERS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

DELIVERY ORDERS 

Incorrect address – If product has not been received due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement. 

Failed delivery attempts – If the order has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven’t collected it, and it gets returned, then we can’t offer a refund or replacement. 

Damaged order- If the order arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim.
